In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 14 working  days of receiving your order to our help address


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. It is important that all labels/tags are intact and the product is unused. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved,
